Qualex Corp (A Kodak Company) – Benicia, CA

Photo chemical plant located in Benicia, CA. Qualex is a subsidiary of the Kodak Company who manufactures and supplies the chemicals used in photo processing. This project was a ground up build to suit which included all plumbing phases for company offices and manufacturing facility. The processing area called for extremely specific water and waste requirements for the manufacturing, testing and disposal of the photo chemicals.
